Our exchange facility is offered to our market outlet customers who mistakenly selected the wrong size.
This is not a refund facility, we do not offer refunds if you've changed your mind.
Terms of exchange:
We only accept exchange items that are in their original purchase condition and are suitable
to be returned to stock (free from pet fur and any obvious signs of wear).
Clearance, discounted or personalised items cannot be exchanged.
Pease make your exchange within a month of its original purchase, as designs and materials
of many of our products are modified and updated frequently.
Return post costs and any price difference are payable by the person making the exchange.
Exchange by post:
Send your exchange item to: Mad Mutt, 24 Nankeen Avenue, Paradise Point, QLD, 4216.
Make sure you include your email address or contact information with your return.
We'll email a Paypal invoice to you to cover return post and any price difference (if applicable).
Upon payment, your exchange will be posted and you will be issued with a tracking number.

Your exchange can be made in person at any of our market outlets: where to find us.
If you require a specific material or design, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Some of our materials we use for coats and bandannas are seasonal and have a limited availability.
While we will always try to replace any exchanges with your original choice of material, this isn't always possible. Should this situation arise, you will be offered a choice from our available materials.
