If you bought your goods from one of the Mad MuttŪ market outlets and find the size is wrong . . don't panic!
We'll happily exchange it for the correct size.
 
All we ask is that the exchange item is in the original purchase condition and any upgrade in size is paid for.
Size and price guides can be found on each product page.
 		  
     
  ● Mail your return item to:
Mad Mutt:  24, Nankeen Avenue, Paradise Point, Qld, 4216.		  
  ● Include the appropriate pre paid packaging with your item for return postage.  
  ● If you need to upgrade your size, payment for the upgrade can be made with postage stamps.
Include the difference in price with postage stamps, DO NOT POST CASH.		  
       
      Please note: All exchange items must include return postage and payment for upgrades,
or they will be marked 'return to sender' and sent back without action.		    
       
    Some of our materials are seasonal and have a limited availability. While we will always try to replace any exchanges with your original choice of material, this isn't always possible. Should this situation arise, you will be offered a choice from our available materials. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
