Do you post overseas?
YES we can. Our website only auto charges for Australia domestic postage. (sorry, I don't know how to change that). If you are overseas and would like to place an order: Please email the details of your order and destination country to: sales@madmutt.com.au We'll send you a Paypal invoice for your order, plus the correct international post. There's no obligation for you to proceed with the order. If you choose not to make payment, your invoice will automatically expire. If you choose to pay, your order will be made and sent. What are your domestic shipping charges?

Items from our regular range that are in stock usually ship within two working days of payment. Personalised items are hand made to order and do take a little longer. Depending on our market schedule and work load, custom orders can take up to six working days to ship from when you make payment. How will I know when my order is posted?
When your order is sent, Paypal will automatically send a 'shipped' advice to your Paypal linked email address. This advice will include your tracking number and carrier advice. How can I follow the progress of my order?
