Until now, we've been able to send small orders (e.g. cat collars or pet name tags) as a letter.
This gave us some wriggle room to waive any shortfall in postal charges. Unfortunately we're no longer able to do this, due to Covid-19 restrictions. Any item sent to NZ, that isn't a document, MUST now be sent as a parcel with a customs declaration. This change makes posting to New Zealand less practical for a single item purchase. The current rates for standard parcel post (7-14 business days) with tracking are:

Items from our regular range that are in stock usually ship within two working days of payment. Personalised items are hand made to order and do take a little longer. Depending on our market schedule and work load, custom orders can take up to six working days to ship from when you make payment. How will I know when my order is posted?
When your order is sent, Paypal will automatically send a 'shipped' advice to your Paypal linked email address. This advice will include your tracking number and carrier advice. How can I follow the progress of my order?
