IMPORTANT UPDATE .. For our NZ customers:
Until now, we've been able to send small orders (e.g. cat collars or pet name tags) as a letter.
This gave us some wriggle room to waive any shortfall in postal charges.
Unfortunately we're no longer able to do this, due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Any item sent to NZ, that isn't a document, MUST now be sent as a parcel with a customs declaration.
This change makes posting to New Zealand less practical for a single item purchase.

What are your domestic shipping charges?
Our shipping charge is a flat fee of $5, Australia wide
This is regardless of the size or weight of your order and includes tracking information

All purchases over $100 will automatically receive free shipping

How long will my order take?
Items from our regular range that are in stock usually ship within two working days of payment.
Personalised items are hand made to order and do take a little longer. Depending on our market schedule
and work load, custom orders can take up to six working days to ship from when you make payment.
How will I know when my order is posted?
When your order is sent, Paypal will automatically send a 'shipped' advice to your Paypal linked
email address. This advice will include your tracking number and carrier advice.
How can I follow the progress of my order?
All orders are sent by either Australia Post or Sendle and will include tracking information.
